Managing Director
Dr. Steve Hunt Tam holds a Doctoral Degree. He has more than 18 years of recruitment experience in investment, corporate finance, banking and fund management. Previously to being managing director of ConsultDB, he was hunted to be the country head of 15 recruitment consultants of a highlighted Australia headhunting corporation and he was in charge of the recruitment businesses in Hong Kong and Singapore for 4 years. He is responsible for formulating the overall business strategy of the Company. During the past 6 years, Dr Steve Hunt has practiced the strategies and tactics of Sun Tzu The Art of War (Chinese: 孫子兵法) in ConsultDB, successfully building the company vision, core value and strategically hiring skilled & productive employees to grow the company in today's competitive environment.

Asia Head of Client Service
Ms. Agnes Tse holder of MBA Degree( U.S.) with over 12 years front-line professional of Sales Management experience. She has been the AVP position in top tier financial institutions including Citigroup; Bank of America ( Asia) limited and Allianz Dresdner Asset Management.

In-House Legal Advisor
Mr. Leung Ka Chun, Albert is a solicitor. As a multi-skilled and experienced professional with over 20 years strong background in banking, he had held various senior positions in reputed local and international financial institutions and had built up excellent social and business network accordingly. He is also a holder of MBA Degree (UK); Associate of Chartered Institute of Bankers (UK) and Hong Kong Institute of Bankers; and a holder of Bachelor of Laws Degree awarded by the University of Beijing and Postgraduate Certificate in Laws of the University of Hong Kong.

PR and Marketing Manager
Ms. Angel Tam was appointed as PR & Marketing Manager of the Company in September 2006. Ms. Angel holds a Bachelor of Marketing Degree. Ms. Angel has over 15 years of diversified experience in the advertising and Event industries in the Asia Pacific region gained by working as senior director in several multinational corporations.

Manager, Business and Accounting
Mr. Peter Shum, is a CPA. As a multi-skilled and experienced professional with over 20 years strong background in business and accounting, had built up excellent social and business network accordingly. He is also a holder of MBA Degree.
